Blackened Style Flounder ~ cajun seasoned flounder filet pan seared or roasted and topped with a creole salsa

Fried Flounder ~ crispy deep fried seasoned crusted flounder filet

Crab Cakes ~ maryland style pan fried crab cakes served with remoulade or dill sauce

Salmon Cakes ~ just like our crab cakes but with roasted salmon served with remoulade or dill sauce

The House ~ iceberg blend lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, croutons and assorted dressings

Classic Caesar ~ romaine lettuce with parmesan, croutons and caesar dressing

Chef's Choice ~ spring mix dressing with walnuts, fruit, croutons and a light vinaigrette dressing
