Spinach Sautée ~ with with garlic butter, applewood bacon or grape tomatoes

Sautéed Corn ~  with grape tomatoes or peppers and onions

Broccoli ~  with roasted garlic butter or cheese sauce

Green Beans ~ with almonds (almondine), mushrooms or peppers and onions (confetti)

Asparagus ~ grilled, lemon or a la orange

Roasted Zucchini and Squash ~ with carrots and red peppers

Glazed Carrots ~ baby carrots in a a ginger honey glaze

Cucumber Tomato Salad ~ in a light vinaigrette dressing with or without onions

Other Sides

Potatoes ~  cheddar  cheesy, rosemary roasted, whipped/mashed, twice baked, twice baked casserole or cold salad

Sweet Potatoes ~ candied sweet potatoes or sweet potato casserole

Rice ~ pilaf, dirty rice, rice casserole with broccoli and cheese

Pasta Sides ~ 3 cheese mac and cheese, tomato/basil pasta, or garlic herb butter angel hair

Cornbread Dressing ~ blend of cornbread and herb stuffing blend with giblet gravy
